Nobody Does It Better

You have always been such a good friend to me, through the thunder and the rain. This is how I feel about the staff at Glenroads. Caring for pets, sometimes means caring for their owners.
For 9 years I trusted Glenroads with the care of my dog Bill. They took great care of Bill, and nurtured me along the way. Always time to listen to me and my questions, and always time for a call to check up on Bill's health. When cancer became too much for Bill, and it was time to let him go, Dr. Flickinger cried as much as I did.
They really do care, for the pets, and the owners! I have a new puppy now. Her name is Sadie, and the staff at Glenroads tell me she will have big paws to fill, as Bill was a staff favorite. But I know with the care given at Glenroads, she will have many healthy happy years to make Bill proud.

Family Service

I would like to express my glowing praise of Glenroads Veterinary Clinic, their staff, and their services.
My dog, Charlie, receives first-class care in every aspect of his visits to the vet. He is treated and cared for like a personal family member of each of the employees. It goes a long way with me knowing that they create a comforting and welcoming environment for my dog.
My favorite reflection of their quality of service is that they go out of their way to explain what is being treated and how they are treating it. They bend over backwards to make sure my dog is healthy and that I am well informed.
I contend that Glenroads Veterinary Clinic is the premier veterinary clinic in Quad City Area. It is a top-tier organization with caring employees, and exceptional services. I wholeheartedly recommend Glenroads Veterinary Clinic to any fellow pet owner.

Treats Our Pets Like Family

We have taken our pets to Glenroad Veterinary Clinic for years. We have always felt they have gotten the best treatment they could get.Every one is so caring and nice. Treat our pets like family. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. I like all the people at Glenroads. That is close to my house so that is where I take them. They are the best as far as I am concerned. Thanks to all of them!

Outstanding Clinic

The Doctor's and staff at Glenroads consistently run an outstanding clinic. Their intellegence, compassion and honest values are only outshown by their love for their patients. You can trust their expertise on your pets diagnosis, treatment and overall healthcare..they are simply superior! Our dog loves to go to her vet...she thinks it is camp!

Awesome Job & Great Care

You did an awesome job cleaning Stutzie's teeth---I couldn't believe the care you gave her and the post op instructions and call the next day!!! Wish we "humans" got such good care!!! Thank you to the entire staff from Anne and Sara to Colleen and Dr. Sandeman!!! (and probably others that I'm not aware of behind closed doors)

Glenroads is World Class

Everything about Glenroads is World Class. The Dr.'s, the staff, the facility and most importantly the care. We have two dogs and we know they are getting great care when needed. We have them groomed and boarded at Glenroads and if they are ever sick we know they will be well cared for. We will never go anywhere else.

Best Vet

The entire staff at Glenroads are an incredible group of people. I have been going there for many years. Dr Sandeman has taken care of my former goldens, Tulum and LaPaz, and is now taking care of my new goldens Debit and Credit. Without a doubt I would consider Dr Sandeman and the entire team part of my family. The care and consideration they have and continue to provide is top notch.

A Great Experience!

I was more than worried when the time rolled around in our new city- for our dog to get his annual shots. He is a not- so- well tempered pup with a penchant for showing his teeth to people that he is less than familiar with!!! The staff (both at the front desk and beyond) were extremely comfortable around our little guy- this comforted him and he was able to be more than well-behaved. When it came time for his shots- he did have a difficult time but the staff were more than professional about it and we were able to leave without our tails between our legs!

Five Stars Service

My husband and I took our 3 year-old female rescued weimaraner, AJ, to Glenroads after she got ill and our old vet clinic could not determine the cause of the disease. Dr. Shepard was very kind to our weim and after a few tests she determined that the cause of her illness was leptospirosis. Dr. Shepard went out of her way to explain the disease, the symptoms and educated us throughout, she took time to call us to check up on AJ and contacted the kennel we used while we were on vacation. We decided to put AJ down 3 months later and Dr. Shepard helped us through it. Glenroads is quite a bit more expensive than other clinics but you really do get what you pay for.

A Special Thanks

Thank you all for the high level of care Oso received from your team over his last year or so. It’s evident that everyone there enjoys their work and have the best interests of pets and their owners in mind.
A special thanks to you Dr. Shepard for her professional candor and outstanding "paw side" manor in sharing the unfortunate news about Oso with me that Friday in June. Terrible news is tough to share and her approach and professionalism was truly appreciated. When his time came, we were comforted in a strange way by the sadness of the crew assisting him and us through the process. Again it’s very evident everyone just cares. Oso left some big paws to fill and it will be some time before we’re ready.
I always enjoyed visiting, and on behalf of Oso, thanks again to all of you at Glenroads for doing what you do so well!
